Lodging

Attn: Rooms must be reserved by June 12th to receive the group rate.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Providence Hotel (formerly the Westin), located at 1 West Exchange Street in downtown Providence, RI. The group rate is $139/night and we’ve blocked rooms for Friday and Saturday night. Of course, you’re welcome to stay elsewhere, but this is the best rate we found downtown and it’s a nice hotel, very conveniently located. It’s connected to a downtown shopping mall and within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and other interesting Providence features. http://www.omnihotels.com/FindAHotel/Providence.aspx. To reserve a room, please call Omni Central Reservations toll free at 800-843-6664 and ask for a reservation in the Leach/Savage Wedding Block. This block of rooms is “run of house”, meaning you should be able to get whatever bed configuration you need. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Ownership change from Westin Hotels to Omni Hotels: For those of you who have already made reservations, please rest assured that we have spoken to the sales manager at Omni and there will be no issue with reservation carry-over to the new owner.
